Abrasion-proof, bright laser lines, high visibility, for projection of stop lines on floors or industrial hallways.
TopFloor floor lasers are specially developed laser beamers for the projection of virtual, abrasion-resistant line markings on industrial floors, in warehouses or other buildings. The laser unit is mounted overhead on a hall ceiling or on a hall wall and draws a clearly visible, wide line of light on the floor. A TopFloor laser marks walkways, driveways, stop lines or danger areas safely, abrasion-resistant and permanently, even in very dusty and dirty environments. Different types of areas can be identified by different colors. Danger areas are simply shown in red, footpaths or driveways in green, while blue can be used for markings in buildings, museums or other attention areas.
The compact laser unit is mounted on the ceiling or on the wall and beams a double laser line on the floor. Installation is quick and easy to do: screw on the projection unit, plug it in, align it, done. Once the laser projector is in operation, no special service is required to ensure regular 24/7 operation. A full function is provided even at the lowest temperatures, as this has already been taken into account during development. Therefore temperature ranges from -30 ° C to + 45 ° C are covered. This differs slightly depending on the model. Please note the technical data of the respective version.
Depending on the installation and structure, TopFloor lasers are specified in laser class 1 or 2 and are therefore harmless to the eyes and skin. Of course, you will receive detailed instructions with detailed safety instructions for every TopFloor device.
Intended applications
- Double stop line on industrial floors at indoor daylight environments
- Visualization of emergency areas
- Demo visualization for exhibits
- Delimitation of danger areas
- Marking of parking spaces

LINE LENGTH
Depending on the particular use case, modules with different beam angles can be selected, which generates the length of the laser line. The larger the beam angle, the longer the line will be.

INFORMATION: The line length increases linearly as the distance increases. Therefore at 10m distance, the line length is also twice as long.
LASER SAFETY
The top priority for the use of line lasers in a commercial setting is laser safety for workers/operators. However, ensuring safety does not generally pose a problem, and is not particularly costly to achieve. Laser safety is something we deal with every day, which also makes us the right ones to contact when it comes to the classification of laser equipment. According to the latest guidelines in EN 60825-1, line lasers are so-called "extended sources" and can be treated more simply than normal bundled sources for point lasers.
You will receive further, detailed information with each delivery of our line laser modules and associated equipment. We are at your disposal and would be happy to advise in this matter.
NOTES
- Pay attention to the class of the laser!
- Laser must be attached to the mount during operation!
We are at your disposal to respond to any questions about classification in your environment.
