Laser diode driver 2 A, Miniature, LowDrop voltage
This is a very small and sophisticated laser diode driver for diode current up to 2 A, with a very low voltage loss over the regulation circuit.
The diode voltage can be as high as 24 V, which allows the serial connection of multiple laser diodes, like 4x OSRAM blue diode in series ( ca. 19.5V). Diode current is adjusted via an onboard potentiometer
Modulation is fully analog, which allows either TTL 0-5V or analog 0-5V. Input is fully overvoltage protected against DC or spikes. Additionally, we added a "cw" jumper, to run the laser diodes without extra modulation input.
