FloorLine XT floor positioning laser green LINE - 40 mW
FloorLine lasers - the new generation of optical positioning in industrial areas!
FloorLine lasers are specially developed laser beamers for the projection of virtual, abrasion-resistant position markings on industrial floors, in warehouses or other buildings. The laser unit is mounted overhead on a hall ceiling or on a hall wall and draws a clearly visible line of light on the floor. A FloorLine laser marks positions, driveways, stop lines or danger areas safely, abrasion-resistant and permanently, even in very dusty and dirty environments. The green laser color offers a very good visibility.
The compact laser unit is mounted on the ceiling or on the wall and beams a visible laser line on the floor. Installation is quick and easy to do: screw on the projection unit, plug it in, align it, done. Once the laser projector is in operation, no special service is required to ensure regular 24/7 operation. A full function is provided even at the lowest temperatures, as this has already been taken into account during development. Standard FloorLine lasers offer a working temperature range of +10 to +30 degrees C, while FloorLine XT offer an extended temperature range of -15 to + 45 degrees C.
Depending on the installation and structure, FloorLine lasers are specified in laser class 1 or 2 and are therefore harmless to the eyes and skin. Of course, you will receive detailed instructions with detailed safety instructions for every FloorLine device.

Depending on the particular use case, modules with different beam angles can be selected, which generates the length of the laser line. The larger the beam angle, the longer the line will be. The following angles are available:
Angle | Distance | Cross size approx. |
35° | 5 m | 300 cm |
45° | 5 m | 4.25 m |
60° | 5 m | 5.80 m |
90° | 5 m | 10 m |
The top priority for the use of lasers in a commercial setting is laser safety for workers/operators. However, ensuring safety does not generally pose a problem, and is not particularly costly to achieve. Laser safety is something we deal with every day, which also makes us the right ones to contact when it comes to the classification of laser equipment. According to the latest guidelines in EN 60825-1, line lasers are so-called "extended sources" and can be treated more simply than normal bundled sources for collimated lasers.
You will receive further, detailed information with each delivery of our line laser modules and associated equipment. We are at your disposal and would be happy to advise in this matter.
